Drive Aluminum Viper Plus GT
Built with an aluminum frame, the Drive Aluminum Viper Plus GT is much lighter and much more durable than the conventional steel framed wheelchairs. Therefore, the viper is incredibly easy to control and handle and its relatively light weight makes it very portable and easy to transport from place to place. This is good news since this feature allows this unit to be much more maneuverable for the user than steel framed wheelchairs. The Drive Aluminum Viper Plus GT has an Over center cross brace that discards the necessity for seat guides. The seat has adjustable features such as an Adjustable angle back that can be easily adjusted from 5° to 20°, an Adjustable height back that can be raised from 17" to 19" in 1" increments and an Adjustable height arms extend from 10" to 14" all for total comfort for the user. Besides these very helpful additions, the Drive Aluminum Viper Plus GT has other great features that include a Durable, heavy gauge flame retardant nylon upholstery with Velcro modesty flaps that are bacteria and mildew resistant and a Dual axle that gives the wheelchair the ability to adjust the seat to various floor height positions.
